So I use the Hubitat app (2.0.4) on my android phone. I have 3 different hubitat hubs in 3 different locations.
Is it possible to get notifications from all 3 hubs in the same app?
Yes, but not through how you configure the app as such. What I would suggest to begin with would be to always connect to one hub through the app and share the mobile device from that hub on the other two hubs using hub mesh. Whenever you want to send a notification from the other hubs, just reference the shared mobile device.
If you ever want / need to connect to your second or third hubs you can always open their web UI without changing the hub the app is connected to for notifications or geofencing by looking in the find hubs section of the app. Alternatively, if you do want to connect the app to the other hubs for any reason, or guard against doing this by mistake, there are options to send notifications to mobile devices on each hub, again utilizing hub mesh.
Thanks. One of my hubs is not in the same network, so hub mesh would not be an option in this case.
I use two apps . A custom modified (diff android id) version for my 2nd hub. Will have to refo this when old app is retired.
If you have multiple hubs, forget the HE mobile app. Pushover is your friend here. It's something like $5 for a lifetime license and you can send notifications to your phone from as many hubs as you want.
Surely there have been other options to solve the Hub Mesh requirement in these situations?
Not directing this at you specifically @BlueFightingCat ....
I must admit I haven't needed to keep tabs on these solutions myself....
