Android App no longer has "Connect to Hub" button

There are now 3 separate threads that appear to be about the same issue (listed below).
How can we get this consolidated, and more importantly what should users do to solve this?

  2. My Android app will no longer login to Hubitat C8 locally. Instead it always uses remote login. How can I change this back please?
