I am planning on buying the Qolsys IQ Panel 2+ and subscribe to surety.com
very good panel especially with the PowerG sensor technology.

can I arm/disarm the panel from HE.
would the z-wave radio conflict? I have a siren and ring alarm keypad with HSE using z-wave..

anyone has this integration working?

I am not aware of any Hubitat integration possibilities for QolSys IQ2 or surety.com. BTW I believe there is an IQ3 out now. It looks like a nice system.

For Home Assistant there is a reverse engineered Control 4 based integration although it has some issues still particularly with random disconnects. What they also discovered is that the QolSys ZWave devices are not accessible even via this API, so even then your two ZWave meshes would be totally separate.
