I had a problem with all negative numbers being reported after I installed my Aeotec HEM the other day. I found that you have to pay attention to the installation drawing, lol. Not only do the CT's have to be pointing the right way, that is, Live1's "L" pointing to the load, and its lead plugged into the "1" on the device housing, with the other CT pointing the opposite direction, but also the device's power plug has to have the same hot source as Live1. That was key.
