Adding Sonoff Mini to Hubitat Hub

Please help me with the instructions to pair My Sonoff DIY Mini to the Hubitat Hub.

You would first need to flash the sonoff mini with tasmota, here is a useful starter.

Sonoff Mini - Tasmota

and then use a driver like this for stock tasmota
