I am trying to add an Osram Lightfy bulb to my hub and have not had any success so far.
I have factory reset the bulb countless times and get the three blinks after I have followed the steps. I then started the Zigbee pairing from the add a device screen and get 4 blinks about 10 seconds into the process. The pairing process continues without any device populating the screen and at the end of the time get the error message that states "Looks like you’re having trouble pairing your device..."
The bulb is in a lamp that is literally 5 feet away from the hub and as I stated above I get four blinks about 10 seconds into the pairing process but no bulb (or any new device) shows up.
If it is a C8, did you try the alternative pairing methods? I don't think the guided tests give you this option, so you would have to "manually" add by clicking Zigbee button instead of Brand or Device Type.
Maybe relevant? Different model, but might be a similar situation...
Unfortunately, I can't find any manuals for this product. I also don't get any results searching for 4 blinks or similar phrasing. Are you sure it is 4 blinks?
