Do the Osram Lightify (not smart+) color bulbs (model 73693) work with HE. I can get it to recognize it but it just sits there and says initializing. Never gets to save. I have reset them several times and still no change. 5 times on (5 sec)/ 5 times off (5 sec). thanks
The notes I wrote down say you use a 3 second delay not five. I'd test when I get home except they are so picky I don't want to mess with them.
Physically reset your light by either the lamp switch (as long as not a three way switch) or by unplugging your power cord 5 times & plugging it back in as so the light turns on (waiting 3 sec in between cycles). After the 5th time your light will confirm reset by blinking & changing colors.
This is what worked for me:
Well I got it to turn red green blue and blink white 5 times. But it still just sits there with initializing. So in the box with the rest of the problem children. Thanks for the help.
Did you do todays update? might be worth submitting a ticket. Maybe support can see why it's sitting in initializing for a long time. I'd recommend sending an email to support in this case.
This can happen when there's a bad repeater in the mix. If you have other zigbee bulbs already connected to HE, try unscrewing them, then pair this one up. After that you can fire up the others.

Yes I did the update. Love to see those. I did get them to work using mike.maxwell's suggestion. Thanks for the help.

any trick to get lightify bulbs to turn correct color i say purple it turns yellow weird ?
