Add RelativeHumidityMeasurement Capability to Generic Component Thermostat Driver

@mike.maxwell any chance that the RelativeHumidityMeasurement capability can be added to the Generic Component Thermostat driver?

Most modern thermostats have humidity sensors in them so it would be nice to have this attribute on devices using this driver vs having to have a separate humidity device.

I can add a new component that has RH in it, id rather do that vs modifying the existing one.
