Yesterday I asked it to turn on of my lamp post lights off, the reply was now playing Rayo fm.............and at full volume
If it makes you feel any better Mr G thinks I want to play something as well when I ask to close the blinds sometimes... At least it is normally "nothing is playing right now..."

"Alexa" before I could say another word, "I can't help you with that". I then realized I have 2 wives!!
My son has one of those.
Every so often, my wife asks her to turn a light on or off… and somehow the end result is a profanity-laced death metal song blasting at full volume.
It’s like asking for a glass of water and getting a fire hose spewing real fire instead.
I’m honestly not sure who I feel worse for — my wife, who just wanted some lighting, or my cat, who suddenly thinks the apocalypse has arrived.
Same thing again last night, same lamp post , same lamp post, same radio station
Time to rename the lamp post.
But why lamp post 1 it doesn't do it on lamp post 2 or 3?
Donno. I had a device name that Alexa couldn't get right for some inexplicable reason. Gave up and picked a different name. Some battles are not worth fighting. Maybe give up on One and name them 2,3,4

I have a routine that has Alexa telling me hello when I come in the door after being away. Usually it says "nice to see you" or "hope you're having a great day" or some inane thing like that.
Yesterday it said, "sorry I can't help you with that."
uh... doing just fine thank you very much.
Kind of feels like she's judging you. 
She does seem a bit judgy now and then. Alexa+ was worse so I reverted. The old one doesn't talk back as much.
