RM. Is there any way to copy rules

I’m going to try and move away from webCoRE for my rules. One of my simpler webCoRE rules will need 4 RM rules to convert it. Is there a way to copy/duplicate RM rules which would make it easier to create one and then copy and modify to get me my 4 rules. The reason I’m moving away from webCoRE is I’m concerned that the plug may be pulled on the webCoRE server for HE which means no new rules or modifying of rules.
