Typically there's no projected dates for fixes (other than "Problem found and fix will be in the next release") because if you get a specific date, people are even more angry if that date passes for some reason and the fix isn't available.
You can be assured that if Victor said he is looking into this actively, he is, and we'll hear from him as soon as he has either a need for more information or a fix that is being released.
Iāve been around long enough to know, and respect, that we will never get a date for a fix or coming feature. But often when a bug is found and looked into, we get a replay that they found it and it will be corrected or that they canāt reproduce the bug and need more info.
I havenāt seen any response after the post 6 days ago. Maybe Iāve missed it.
So I think what we can assume is that we haven't heard back from Victor because neither event 1 or 2 above has occurred.
Poor Victor is still down in the salt mines working on this issue and hasn't solved it, and also hasn't felt he needs additional input from us. Could also be a case of small staff/multiple urgent/important issues, and he's having to time-share himself across them.
That or he's back in Bora Bora again chasing manta rays.
I rolled back to .184 until it's resolved.
C-8 with a wired ethernet port. When my router reboots, I loose the cloud connection permanently on Hubitat and have to reboot that as well to recover.
Getting the same thing here. Daily disconnects on my C8. It was rock solid until I updated to .193.
Local control is still perfect, just lose all control using Alexa/Google
Or he has just forgotten about it and needed a reminder. You obviously don't know the reason just like the rest of us.
Maybe we should start a betting pool?
Glad I finally found this post, if only to know I'm not alone with these disconnects. They're driving me (and more importantly, my wife! ) crazy.
My wife has an incredible gift, 6th sense maybe, to discover when cloud issues arrive before I detect them. On my C-5 I had to restart multiple times per day, which was weird coming right off .184 which made my cloud connections the most reliable theyāve ever been. Since reverting havenāt had an issue.
I think I already made my suspicions clear...

Please grab build 2.3.9.196, just released. It should be at least as good as 2.3.9.184.

Truth in advertising -- you advertised a warning for poor Zigbee channels in the release notes -- and I immediate got one when starting up!
