Will give this a go. BTW, should I update to latest build prior to doing this or stick with 2.3.8.140?
NOTE: I do not have 147 build as well.
Update: Tried with 140 and latest 157 and neither worked. I ensured 2 rebuild networks then add device with pairing (avoid repeater) Neither worked. All plugs are still flashing and cannot turn them on/off within HE.
