Look here. D.C. Voltage detection, any Zigbee or Z-Wave devices report voltage?
+1 for the Shelley Plus Uni. I've been using the previous version Shelley Uni to monitor my backup sump 12 v battery for several years. Note that it is powered from that same battery.
