0-10v Dimming Lithonia 2x4 CPX Panels

Hello,
I am having trouble understanding my options attempting to dim these 2x4 flat LED panels. They support the commercial standard 0-10v and I obviously want to control them via hubitat. That being said I have no neutral in this environment.

  1. Based on the linked thread below am I able to install this type of switch from leviton or the Zen54 (or similar) for example next to my main light switch and provide the smart dimmer constant 120v power. Then run the LV connections to daisy chain all 9 of my 2x4 flat panel lights back to the smart dimmer. Will this allow me to accomplish dimming this bank of lights ?

Thank you in advance,

If I understand what you're saying yes you only need the neutral wherever the 0-10V output module is (zen54 for example) to power it.

The bigger question and the problem I ran into is that the lights would not fully turn off even with 0V input. Thus i had to use the Zen54 relay output to cut power to the lights as well. I would bench test before going all in on wiring/devices.

Thanks for the quick reply. As you mention I would need the neutral which I don't have. I was under the impression that is just to ensure the relay is powered after the lights are off. This is where im stuck.
