I have tried purchasing a zwave heating controller from these guys, in France, I think.
They took payment immediately but 4 days later are still showing processing for an item in stock and are unresponsive to enquiries about the delays.
No phone number for them and no physical address so now getting worried.
Anyone else tried them?
@habitat Reading some other forums this seems to be a scam site based in bulgary, Their website data is really well hidden.. I would not trust this site

Just poked them with a stick.
They responded with a DHL tracking number, so will see.
Yes the DHL tracker shows shipping from Bulgaria.
I have ordered another one from an eBay vendor - would use Vesternet by choice - but they are out of stock and don't want to wait.
Will report back if they deliver what is promised.
