I'm finally getting around to this. I don't see an easy way to restart the z-wave poller app with rule machine. are you using custom polling?
Here is the rule I use. It stops and re-starts the polling. Even for the Z-wave poller app. I wish I didn't have to do this. But for some reason the poller just stops for no apparent reason. So I set this rule up to periodically stop and restart. That seems to solve the problem.
