I was moving my z-wave devices over and was going pretty well. However, after adding a GE outlet and 2 Schlage locks, nothing works. I can't add. I can't exclude. I can't control anything. I did try a reboot of the hub which didn't help.
Now I've noticed that my z-wave table is completely empty even though the devices still show in the Devices list.
How can I fix this?
What does the Z-Wave status in the top right corner of the Z-Wave setting page report as? It should report as Enabled. If not, change the dropdown to "enabled" then click "update".

If your devices "happen to be" gone missing in the z-wave settings page (this happened to me) you need to do a "hub shutdown" (not reboot) and wait for the red light on the hub then unplug it for 30 seconds to power cycle it and plug it back in ......(mine came back and zwave worked again after that)
Note: This also happened to me when trying to pair Schlage Zwave locks.....
