With the new Release 2.5.0.143 my Zooz ZSE50 sounds files will not erase add the new 50 files. had to go back to 2.5.0.136 and it works fine.
This was added in the 2.5.0.143 update but makes it impossible to replace the 50 sounds files, they wont change ?

Can you explain more about what you're seeing and provide any relevant logs and event/attribute values?
The change you noted didn't affect sounds/tones, just added the ColorControl capability (so commands like "Set Color" to replace the previous preference). You'll need to run "Configure" for sure after changing sounds, but that should have been the same as before. Any information would be helpful to pinpoint. Thanks!
Ok I will try to explain better, if someone can try this with the new update,
with the Zooz ZSE50 connect it to a computer erase all the sounds files, disconnect it from the computer, go to the ZSE50 configure it and refresh it and with this version the sound files will still be there, with version 2.5.0.136 and below the sounds files will be empty, therefore it makes it difficult to add all new sounds files because they will keep the old names. I just went back to version 136 and now when you erase all the files they will show all empty, with version 143 they do not ?

I think this is unique to the somewhat interesting case of clearing every tone file and then attempting to poll the device in that state. A likely fix will be in a future platform release. In the meantime, you could stay on the version you're on, or if you temporarily switch to the "Device" driver and run the "Delete All States" command (then, of course, switch back), it will likely work around the issue.
After you delete the files, while it is still connected to the computer, empty the trash. I saw something on the zoozcommunity forums where it was still seeing deleted files that were in the trash. I think he was using a Mac to delete. Once he emptied the trash, they went away. Since I'm not a mac guy, I can't give more details. Don't know if this is your problem or not.
I had the same issue till I did this. MAC issue.
I dont use a Mac I use Windows, I tried many times deleting all the files and adding the new files no change even formatting the Zse50, no change but as soon as I went back to the version 136 it worked the first time.
We will see with time if this problem is only with me.
After all the deletion steps, change the driver to the generic “Device" driver & delete all States and all Current States.
Switch back to the normal device drive and do a configure.
