The Zen 16 multi relays that had been installed years ago still work fine. Just trying to add one. Has something changed?
Hard to say if any changes in the last few years are behind this issue without more information... Can you provide more details about what's not working? Is this a new Zen16 or one you've had stowed away for while?

Either scan the SmartStart Code with the mobile app and then power it up. OR do it the old fashioned way Go to Devices > Add > Click the Zwave button (do not search by brand)
Looks like the ZEN16 is missing from the search by brand for some reason, and ZEN51 is in there twice. That feature is sort of useless anyway unless you need instructions for how to pair your device.
