So how can I control the individual switches separately? Like I just wanna use it to control three different relays, that control three different motorized valves that control three different watering systems. I don't care about the input wire at all.
When properly installed, you should have access to the 3 relays as independent child devices.

Can you show me what it's supposed to look like maybe I'm missing something obvious.
I have a Zen17, so my relays and sensors are independent, but the 3 relays of the Z16 should appear as 3 child devices under the Z16 parent similar to this:
The zen16 can be more tempermental to set up...I think it took me a few attempts to get mine how i wanted it.
Two in my Device list...
Settings in the parent device. You may need to exclude then re-pair the device of the child devices don't show up properly after the settings are changed.
I have nothing connected to the switch inputs. All control is from Hubitat/Rule Machine.
