I've got a Zen17 relay that I wired up to control my two garage doors. The door opens and close fine but with the magnet for the closed sensor installed the door immediately reopens. I assume that I have something wired wrong but I double checked and my wiring matches the pictures on zooz website so I am a little bit at a loss of where to start trouble shooting.
Are your relays disconnected from your sensors (i.e. both Input Triggers = Disabled)? Is your reed sensor properly set up as a Contact Sensor (i.e. Input Type Relay)?
I just have one door (so only using Relay 1), but I am using 2 dumb wired reed sensors to monitor door position (S1 and S2) - here's how my Z17 Prefs look:

I have input trigger for relay 1 and 2 enabled. Guess I'll disable that and see what happens.
Yeah, you need to break that connection, or the sensor will just always trigger the relay.
If using one or more dumb reed sensors, that capability (disassociating sensors from relays) is the main advantage a Z17 has over a Z16. Z16s can't do that.
