Placed an order with The Smartest House for some Zooz relays. Their site shows that my order was cancelled. I don’t know why. I have called and email, but have not heard anything back. Does anyone, @agnes.zooz , know if they are still in business?
While this is always a concern for smaller IoT companies, Zooz and The Smartest House are definitely in business.

Definitely still in business! I'm sorry to hear that your order was cancelled - this happens automatically sometimes if any characteristics of the order (like payment method, shipping address, etc) prompt a fraud alert in the system. We recommend using a different payment method.
