Zooz Double Plug Not Responding

If I unplug and replug it it starts responding.

But after a while my double plug stops responding.

Originally just one of the 2 plugs would not turn on when commanded too via the child device but would turn on if I turned on the parent device. Now nothing will turn on unless I replug it in.

When it stops responding and turns itself off I get these log messages:

It worked very well for months until just recently.

Usually notification Type 8 with Event 8 is an overload detected error which would explain why it's shutting off.

I'd check the wattage of what you have plugged into it and make sure you're not using the outlets to charge anything.

If everything is within what the device should be able to support then you should contact Zooz because you might have a bad device.
