Same. I bought mine on a trip to Target Open House in SF when it had just opened a month earlier. There was nothing like it at the time. Glad I stopped at one though. What seemed like a magic button at the time, soon drove my wife crazy. We’d be lying in bed and she’d ask me to turn off the lights. I’d reach over and hit the button, and magically the lights would turn off.
Then the next time I’d try it and the Flic button would have disconnected, or the Harmony hub would be offline, or their cloud would be down, or the Insteon cloud would be offline. More often that anything it was the Bluetooth connection though. I’d get this look from her, and I’d have to hang my head in shame, get up and turn the light off. 
None of that happens now with Zigbee buttons and Lutron Pico remotes local control. Only issue I still have is a delay at 2pm when the hub maintenance begins. Sure wish I could control that schedule.
