If I can make suggestion, the Honeywell T6 Pro z-wave+ thermostat is an excellent thermostat. There's a built-in Hubitat driver for it; in addition @bcopeland has written an advanced driver that exposes all of its features.
It supports up to 2-stage heat pumps and up to 3H/2C conventional stages, which is more than any other zigbee or z-wave thermostat.
I picked one up on eBay for ~$80.
