[Release] Konke ZigBee Temperature Humidity Sensor Driver

I've put up a driver for Konke ZigBee 3.0 Temperature Pressure Sensor (based on a Xiaomi/Aqara Temperature Pressure Sensor driver by @veeceeoh). FWIW, I have ~12 of them now; 8 of which have been in operation for 2 years without issues (outside of one battery change).
