Zigbee Smartwings inconsistent response

I have created a rule in RM to Open/Close the shades via buttons 2 & 4 of a ZEN35. Everything in the logs seems to indicate that the command was sent to the shades yet the shades do not respond half the time. I also have them HomeKit enabled and they always respond to both Home commands as well as Siri commands. The log below shows me using Homekit via my phone to set them to 58/53% which they responded to. They also responded to the push of button 2. They did not respond to me pushing button 4. They did respond again to the closed command via HomeKit again.

Through research here, I found that a delay between each shade command may be needed but that didn't solve the issue here.

What am I missing here?

Setup:
ZEN35 Scene Controller
2x Zigbee Smartwings Shades
C8 Pro Ver. 2.4.3.173

(Note: I have to reverse the command in RM; Open = closed and closed = open while HomeKit is correct - closed = closed and open = open)

I had a similar issue with these same shades, my issue was the status in Hubitat would not update consistently after they were opened or closed. I added a refresh device into RM and seemed to resolve the issue for me.

Bingo!! that was it. I also rebuilt the actions in Button Controller which cleaned things up a bit.
