- Fixes for Zigbee "rebuild network" logic for C8 hubs.
I haven't had any directly connected devices since migrating a week ago. I've tried powering down the hub several times, rebooting, and the new rebuild. New device pairings,next to the hub, still go to the routing devices. I have verified the lack of direct connections with an XBee and XCTU. Something is odd!

I think it may be just a reporting issue/bug as many of my devices say they are routing through themselves which in essence would make it direct connected.
