My hub is a c7 which is in version 146, through the help of the hubitat group, I saw that some devices were generating a lot of traffic, I tried to make changes to the event history and state of each device, I also tried to make the driver change, I restored a previous version, and I went back to the latest version again, and nothing, I deleted the devices that were causing the problem, now in the log record there is no longer any traffic or error records like in the photos I sent, I am observing that the hub is not working online. I don't have much knowledge with hubitat, but through your help and the group I'm trying to get my devices back, but it's difficult. Maybe it could reset. Tanks.
Can you clarify what exactly is not working at this moment?
The screenshots are old (10 days ago), do you have any new "Queue full" error messages?
Dev:40 has a scheduled periodic job from the previous driver. You can delete this job using the HE inbuilt 'Device' driver :
For now nothing is working, the hub doesn't go online, I ended up making the decision to delete the devices that were causing the error, the errors disappeared, as you can see in the images, but nothing goes online. I'm directionless.
It looks like you can log into the hub, so something is working. You need to be more specific. Is the hub not able to reach the internet for cloud services? Are local devices (Z-wave and Zigbee) working?
Try doing a network reset, there is a hidden button under the hub, hold it for 7 seconds and let go, the LED will blink and the hub will reboot. This reset the network settings back to the defaults.
I can access normally via the cloud, I only use ZigBee, local devices don't work. I'm going to try this method you mentioned, in this case will I lose the installed apps?
No, it only resets the network settings.
If Zigbee devices are not working, I would suggesting doing a hub shut down, and unplug for 10 seconds, then plug back in. This will restart the zigbee radio.
I've already tried restarting the ZigBee radio, but to no avail, so when I get back home, I'll do the network process you mentioned. Let's see if he returns.
If you go to Settings -> Zigbee details, do you see the Status ONLINE and Pan ID / Extended Pan ID values populated?
Guys, I tried to do the network reconfiguration, the hub's IP number was changed, but the ZigBee network state remains blank, without any information. I took some prints of the logs so you can see if you can give me any information. Do you think IWill I have to reset, I adapted well to hubitat, but I don't know how to solve this, I'm lost.
The network reset was not relevant, I had suggested that because I could not understand what the problem actually was before.
If you reboot the hub does Zigbee work for a while then eventually crash, or is it just stuck offline all the time?
Also it would be good if you could log in on a larger screen (like a PC) to get full size screenshots of the device/app stats pages, pretty much all the info you have shown is incomplete because we cannot see everything on the small screen.
How many zigbee devices do you have? You could try a Zigbee radio reset, BUT you will need to pair all the zigbee devices again by going to each device, resetting it and getting it into pairing mode. They should attach to the same "device" in Hubitat once paired so any linked apps and automations will keep working.
The other thing you could try is to take a local backup and download a copy. Then from the diagnostic tool, do a soft reset, DO NOT restore you backup. Get back into the hub with a clean slate and see if the radio will come online. If you can get it online then try restoring the backup and see what happens.
I performed the second soft reset option, it went online, I made the backup, and it remained online, wow what a joy, I noticed that the devices came back, but for it to work I have to repair it again, even though they are installed, but if necessary I will do it with great care I like.
If you have not reset the Zigbee radio you may just need to wait (do the Zigbee devices show on the details page below where your screenshot ends?) If the devices are listed there they probably all went into "panic" mode from the radio being offline for so long. I think it can take up to 30 minutes for them to find the radio again and connect on their own. Also of course it is perfectly safe to just reset the device and pair it again, it will drop back into the same node/device.

Resetting what you say would be deleting and installing back, or just repairing again?
Do NOT Delete the device from the hub, that will break all your other apps linked to it.
You just factory reset the device, which usually puts it into pairing mode. All devices are different to factory reset, most common is to just hold the button down for like 10 seconds, or some have a special reset button that you have to press with a paperclip.
Then pair it with the hub like normal. You should get a message something about found existing device when it pairs up.
Good evening, I made all the adjustments so that everything works perfectly, I would like to thank you for your help, thank you all very much, every day I learn more, big hugs guys.
