Zigbee not working?

I've had a Zigbee color bulb connected to my C7 (v2.3.8.128) for a few years. Yesterday I noticed commands from the C7 where no longer working. In the past, when this occurs I just power cycle the blub and it starting working.

When I monitor the live log I noticed there are no entries when I attempt to turn the blub On/Off via the device page. My devices are all Z-wave except for this blub so I'm not familiar with how Zigbee works. Any suggestions on how to debug or find the source of my problem?

If the Zigbee bulb has been joined successfully previously, but is not responding to commands:
I would first power cycle, like you already mentioned.
If that doesn't work, I would try to "join" the device again.
Go to the add new device page, and select zigbee, and start the process. See if it picks the bulb up again. If it does, it will automatically join it back to it's proper place, and all automations/commands that use the bulb will continue to work.

Let us know where that gets you.

You could also reset the bulb to get it back into pairing mode if needed.

Don’t “remove” the bulb from the Hubitat interface, just physically reset the bulb.
