Zigbee Network on My New Hubitat will not go on line

I purchased my Hubitat about a month ago and from the very beginning it reports that the Zigbee Network is not online. I have looked everywhere for a resolution to this, but I found nothing. Currently I have not Zigbee devices on line, but I assume the Zigbee network needs to work for me to add devices. I have updated the Hubitat to the latest software version and performed a shutdown / restart of the hub. What do I do to get the Zigbee network to work?
