If you have non-compatible devices, I would start removing those. I see that you have quite a few Tuya devices. Those are known to cause Zigbee radio to go haywire at times. I would start there. A new hub would not help, unless you are rebuilding the network. If you are planning to use the migration, very likely the problems will follow you on the new hub.
