So after going thru the ringer on this new hub im setting up now I'm facing a new problem
backstory on the weird first use experiences:
Tried rebooting it several times
Tried adding zigbee devices but could not find them.
I'm at a lost.
Open Zigbee Details from Settings, and Reset the radio. See if that brings it up. This assumes that you don't have any Zigbee devices paired to the hub. If you do, let us know.
didnt work..
did the reset radio and rebooted it and all that, twice.. still showing
i tried to add a zigbee device just to test and not found.. 
any other ideas:?
