ZigBee network is offline - 0 devices

Hi,
I just migrated from a C-7 to a C-8 with 0 Zigbee devices. Since I first started using the C-8 it always shows a "Zigbee network is offline" error. I've been 100% Zwave so far (about 30 devices) but wanted to try out some Zigbee devices for the first time. Unfortunately I slacked off on setting up the C-8 so I'm already out of warranty. I've seen the posts about large Zigbee networks and others mentioning heavy load and those don't seem to apply. I've tried a shutdown and unplug. I've tried the Zigbee radio reboot button. Nothing seems make that error go away and as expected my GE Enbrighten dimmer won't add to the network.

I'm on hub software version: 2.3.6.144

What else can I try?

Stupid question, but zigbee is enabled, right?

Well that was weird. It wasn't that velvetfoot but I tried pairing the device another time after air-gapping it it and it finally added to the network. Once I had a device on the Zigbee network the "offline" error went away on it's own.
Thanks for weighing in anyway!

Also since you migrated, check your z-wave details page for ghosts.
