I have a c5 hub. Recently I started to have a lot of issues with my Zigbee devices. All my hue motion sensors stopped responding. Have a couple of other motion sensors that are behaving inconsistently. I have tried all the tricks known to me to fix the issue; shut down the hub and restarted after an hour, tired to add repeaters to boost the signal, changed the zigbee channels. Nothing has worked . Are there any other suggestions please?
I have had the c5 hub since its launch and don’t mind upgrading to the c8 pro. Wondering if I should do that or just buy some new zooz zwave motion sensors. Those are working fine. Thanks
This is usually an issue caused by a failing zigbee repeater. I'd suggest identifying and removing that specific repeater. This app from @dandanache can be very useful in identifying a failing repeater:
