Is this only applicable to the C8 Pro? Asking because I am having similar issues on the C8.

Yes

I would create a different thread specific to the issues you are having with the C-8, if you didn't already.

I'm still getting (what I assume) are false hub load alerts, definitely less post update, but they still seem to be triggered for some reason. The zigbee mesh has been fine though.
