Although it rarely happens on C7, this issue was more so prevalent on older models ( C4 & C5). What we mostly observed on C7 hubs, is that the radio drops offline under intense radio events load. I totally agree that implementing a method to turn on and off the radio would be just a temporary band-aid, until the radio succumbs and doesn't come back online. To avoid Zigbee radio going offline be sure to use reputable Zigbee devices that adhere strictly to the Zigbee protocol. If you use devic…
