Zigbee Cutain Module ts130f

Good Morning, i have instaled zigbee curtain module, and have tried to use the generic zigbee curtain driver, but it is not working properly. It stops closing alf way.

the model is ts130f.

Hi @ruipinheiro65 ,

I am afraid that Tuya TS130F Zigbee Curtain modules are not fully supported in Hubitat... But there are several models by different manufacturers. Please post the information from the device web page, 'Data' section - model, manufacturer, etc..

A link to the site where the module was purchased will be useful too.

Do you mean that you can control the motor from HE, but it stops halfway when trying to fully open or close ?

@kkossev it have solution?

Unfortunately, I am not aware for a solution at the moment.

Actually, I am not even sure how this Tuya Curtain Module should operate. There is no information back from the curtain motor when the fully open / fully closed position is reached.

What should be the criteria to stop the rotation? Time probably?

I dont know... it stops.. but continues with the closing status....
I cant find devices like this on the device compatible list.... do you know where to buy some that works?

I have and I am using only shade drivers for bean chain control.. Hopefully someone else who is using similar setup will chime in and share a solution which works with HE.

Meanwhile, I will research on these curtain module controllers, but this will take time.

Good morning everyone,
I think the problem is calibration! I don’t know hot to run calibration

I have done some research, so calibration should be possible using the Zigbee interface,

I hope will be able to provide you a test version in the next week, when I will be off work due to the Christmas holidays : )

Is the motor running for 10 seconds (fixed) at the moment?
What happens if the curtain is fully opened and you try to open it again? Does the motor stop quicker, or still works for 10 more seconds?

Hello again! Yes it works for 10seconds!
When it reaches it limit it don’t work agains!
At the moment it is open.. when I close it stops at the middle.. and when i execute close again.. it don’t do nothing! Same when is opened

I understand now... OK, it is clear - what we need to implement is the possibility to calibrate the time needed for fully open or fully close or open the curtains/shade. From what I have found so far, it is only one timeout parameter, common for both open and close operations. This presumes that opening and closing time periods do not differ, or probably the timeout should be the longer period of the possible 2.

Hi @ruipinheiro65 ,

Can you test setting the timeout for your module using this dev. branch version of the Zemismart Zigbee Blind driver : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/amosyuen/hubitat-zemismart-zigbee/development/Zemismart%20Zigbee%20Blind.groovy

Set the timeout, and observe the logs whether the device confirms back the successful configuration :

The driver is not fully ready yet to support all TS0130F functions, but the calibration should work.
There are two other commands "TS130F Calibration On" and "TS130F Calibration Off" , I am not quite sure how these are supposed to work.

Good morning, i have tested calibration time and it worked fine. this driver sometimes stop connecting to device becoming unresponsive. when i use the generic zigbee shade driver, the device tells me that is closed when is open and open when is closed.

Hi @ruipinheiro65 ,

We should be able to troubleshoot this. Please first update to the latest dev. version - you can do this going to the HE drivers code editor, locating the driver and then clicking on "Import" button. The current version at the moment is 3.3.0 (test branch) - 2022-12-26 2:33 PM
Enable all the debug logging options in the Preferences section. Then, if you observe again any responsibility issues, please copy/paste the logs starting from the time when it was the last working OK.

The generic Zigbee Shade driver is written for devices that strictly follow the Zigbee ZHA 1.2 / ZCL standards, unfortunately, most of the Tuya devices do not belong to this group... So the best approach may be to continue using the Zemismart Zigbee Blind driver and fix any issues that it may have. TS130F controllers are new group of devices that were not supported by this driver so far.

i have some problems configuring ....how can i create limits?

I don't know what is the limits setup procedure.... Are there any instructions on how to calibrate the module that came with the device itself? A leaflet showing some screenshots of SmartLife app?

When you are using the Zemismart Zigbee Blind driver, make sure you have pressed at least once the Configure button and you have saved at least once the Preferences.

No, the instructions are very simple.
i have already save the preferences, but i dont know if it was too late.

Good morning,
I think that it lost the current position, i will try to use the reset button.
