Zigbee communication issues

Installed a couple of Sonoff TRV zigbee devices a few months ago in an otherwise all-z-wave system and recently being encountering communications failures. Driver courtesy of @kkossev
I did suspect perhaps my C7 hub (with latest FW) might be located in a such a way that RF is not reaching the devices so have moved around a bit to see if it makes any difference, which it hasnt.

Investigating further today, communication is failing (in both directions) more regularly and the solution i found to re-establish comms is to power-off the device (remove batteries) for a few seconds then power back on, Communication is then restored.
Weird that the same thing has been happening on my two identical zigbee devices occuring around a similar time.

Are there things i can check?

Yes, it works. Try a refresh on the page if it doesn’t populate.

11 is someone’s hue bridge. 15 & 20 are mine.

Nope, still doesn’t work, despite multiple refreshes.

thanks for the info-
my zigbee channel appears to be set the same as yours channel 20 (default ?)
upon a scan i see only one item appearing on channel 25

should i see my own system plus all zigbee devices or just the hub in the table and what might be this "unidentified" item i see on channel 25

Someone else's zigbee mesh. Hue meshes often appear on channel 11.

All the devices on your zigbee mesh use the same channel as the hub. So you'll see just the coordinator/hub in the table.
