Zigbee Channel scan help [2.4.0.143] [C-8 Pro]

Just upgraded from C-5 to C-8 Pro. The cloud backup transition process worked flawlessly and very easy. Thanks Hubitat!

Anyway, immediately upon entering the GUI, I was given the "Weak Zigbee Channel" notification. So, I did a scan, and these are my results:

My Zigbee network is on channel 20 and indicated between the red lines. It looks like there is another nearby network also on channel 20. Does this scan show ONLY other Zigbee networks, or is this also showing BLE and Thread networks as well? I am trying see what info I could use to determine exactly what is also on Channel 20.

Everyone that was on channel 20 is getting the exact same warning. This actually came in a couple updates ago not with the new UI. I have been on channel 20 with a power of 8 ever since I got my hub and become and HE user with zero issues. However, I get this same warning. I was told by some very seasoned users on here that if it isn't broke don't fix it. Meaning if you aren't having any issues then don't mess with it. I haven't changed and still chugging along just fine. It appears that channel 20 gets this warning regardless of issues.
