Zigbee Channel help

Looking for explanations:
Stumbled over myself today with an HA zigbee auto-discovering devices while I was trying to add them to HE. That system has been disabled (I turned it off AND pulled the dongle out - no way it's interacting).
Even though I don't have any problems with it, I removed a 'Digi Zigbee Router' I had in my environment that I used in 2024-25 to scan my Zigbee network maps. It is now removed and unplugged.
Exploring further, I clicked buttons on Zigbee settings page to 'scan channels'. My results of the channel scan confuse me:

My Zigbee is set to Channel 20 (0x14). My PAN is clear at 92D7 but the Extended Pan doesn't match the table below. Should it?

As the table shows, channel 14 is my HE mesh. The items on my table below don't exist in the DNI list of devices - Where do they come from / why? I suspect, but don't know, that maybe channel 11 is my Wifi? the Rssi value implies it's very loud - so in my office and its all I can think it could be. The Chan 25 items: could they be the newer Echo Dots scattered around my home? I don't directly connect ANYTHING to them but I can't think of a way to ID them (then again, I could just go power them all down).

Reverse the bytes in extended Pan Id.

It does match :innocent:

What in the alternate universe is going on here?

I've come across similar oddities with channel scan. I posted about it a long time ago, but my C7 was showing a Extended & Pan ID of my previous network on the hub.(hub went berserk, Zigbee crashed & then came back with new PAN ID's) I think the hub holds onto old PAN info, becuase I like to spitball and can't find another reason.
The only reason I'm certain is because I keep a spreadsheet of my network info. I've also read others comment "the channel scan isn't reliable", but don't know if that changed with the C8 pro...

Big vs Little Endian?

Don't forget that many Alexa devices have a Zigbee radio inside - which cannot be turned off.

β€œAlexa, please turn off your Zigbee radio.”
β€œI’m sorry Dave, but I can’t do that.”

(Dave unplugs Alexa and survives the Space Odyssey.)
