Thank you for the suggestion on Jasco. After fiddling with the Third Reality overly switch which I did get to work but have no confidence in I just ordered the GE/Jasco switch from Jasco and it is $99 and free shipping.
In the end I ordered the GE switch. I fiddled with the Third Reality overlay but do not feel that I can rely on it. As suggested below by @lados the GE switch is $60 less expensive from the Jasco storefront.
