Hi- C8 Pro and I'm using the Zooz Zen Dimmer Advanced driver (thanks Jeff!). I have a Zooz Zen72 (LR) everything works perfect except for minimum brightness setting when using the physical switch. I set the min brightness setting parameter to 10%, all commands from Hub/Alexa work perfect, but if I hold button 2 to dim the light down, it will bring the light all the way down to 1%, the led bulb pretty much is off. Was hoping it would only dim the light down to 10%. Is this to be expected, or am I missing another setting. Not a big deal either way as I rarely use the physical switch other than to turn the light off.
Mine works as should. However, I did notice for my lights that 10% was on but so low that it almost looked off, so mine are set at 15%
What firmware is the ZEN72 (should show on the device details tab)?
Also, do you have brightness correction on?
If you have brightness correction enabled, show me some logs showing the level changes which also shows the actual value reported from the device.
Like this:

Setting the min brightness to 15% did the trick- thanks!
Jeff- have brightness correction on, firmware is ver 3.5. not seeing much of an adjustment, but either way works as expected now. Appreciate the help from both here.
I think you have one where Zooz built the brightness correction into the firmware. They never would tell me what models and firmware they did this exactly so I could disable it in my driver.
I think you might need to turn the brightness correction off for your firmware.
Here is the simple test I came up with a while back (and if you want to know more about it click to read the full post).
