I checked the wiring from the ZEN to the lights. I was getting a reading of -13 volts. I said "WHAT!" as I quickly made sure I had the power going into the ZEN correct. I did. So, what is going on?
I had reused a pigtail that had come from an old RF RGB controller. I didn't pay much attention to the connections on the old controller, just assuming that Red is Red, Green is Green, and Blue is Blue, and the other White wire is +12. But Noooooooo. Blue is +12 and White is Blue. Luckily, I didn't do any damage. Thanks to all for the suggestions. It is now working perfectly, and much better than the previous remote.
