Zen31 No Power? No Light?

Hello all. Just bought a Zen 31 and an RGBW strip from amazon. The Zen31 powers up. I have the strip connected to the RGBW din on the Zen31. I'm not getting any light out of these strips. I feel like I am missing something. Power passes through this thing tot he RGB, correct?
For the life of me, I can't figure out what I am doing wrong here.

Sorry if this is an obvious question, but I don't suppose you could have some mismatch like 24V strips with a 12V power supply?

No I made a mistake. The black has to go to power as well.

Folks, thanks for all the help. This was just a dumb mistake. The black wire from the RGB strip is for 24v power (not WHITE, as I thought). So I had the thing wired incorrectly. Proper wiring in the new photo.
