Hello! I have a C8 Pro that seems to not be able to execute commands or properly register my ZEN31 RGBW Dimmer. This worked perfectly before in the C7 however with the C8 Pro the dashboard no longer understands what the device is
and if I try to send commands to it, nothing happens. I have tried both the Zooz ZEN31 RGBW Dimmer Advanced driver and the Zooz RGBW Dimmer drivers but neither seem to work. Excluding and re-including also doesn't help.
@bcopeland - Update completed however no change in behavior. I tried to get some logs but when I go to the device and hit on I see the green "Command Submitted" but nothing in the logs.
With the tile showing a question mark, I'd guess that it is no longer associated with the device. I'm also going to guess that when you go to associate it, you'll find that it is no longer authorized to the dashboard. If that is the case, re-authorize the device to the dashboard and then re-associate the tile and the dashboard should start working again.
If the device itself isn't working then none of the above matters.
Apologies for the delayed response. The device functions in rules and if I issue a voice command to Alexa (however in this case while it does turn the device on, Alexa says the device did not respond). The device is also associated with the dashboard (shown below):
Device in question is called Kitchen Cabinet Underlights
