Zen30 800LR Firmware updater failure?

Hey y'all...especially @jtp10181 ... Was working on my Zooz Z30LR, trying to set up the relay as a child and saw the firmware was outdated. Figured I'd update that 1st.

Changed device type to "HPM Firmware updater",
Went to Zooz's download page, found the V4.30 for the LR800 and opened the link for the Hubitat install. Paste the URL into the firmware updater and hit GO....

Here's what I have now:

Notice progress shows "Padding Hex bytes" That doesn't change! I have successfully updated other Zooz devices, even other Zen30's, not sure why this is stuck...
Here's the logs:

Out of desperation I tried the "Clear lock" command, no help there, in fact logs show that locks it!

Tried using the firmware updater built-in app, Used the standard unzipped file from Zooz, it failed too, got to around 50% then threw error:

Logs show similar:

Assuming you are on the current hub platform version, should be no issues using the built in updater app. The driver updater is outdated and wont work in all situations.

Shut down the hub, pull power and reboot it.
Air gap the device to restart it.

Wait a few minutes for hub to settle after rebooting, then try again.
