Zen thermostat driver is broken in 2.3.4.139

I just had to roll back to .138 as I couldn’t turn my zen thermostats on or off.

Set point changes worked, but I couldn’t turn the thermostats off or change modes generally.

Ps, I initially thought I had a Zigbee issue, but even after shutting down my hub and then removing power. Then powering it back up, I still couldn’t change Zen modes.

@mike.maxwell is this fixed in .148? I can't see any reference to it in the release notes.
