Does anyone have a good idea if this would work with hubitat?
It's ZigBee so I assume it would just be a case of finding the right driver to control it?
Still new to this so go easy on me 
As this is a Tuya Zigbee device, I would assume not working with HE, except proven otherwise...

It's not. It is actually a WiFi device - indicated as zigbee in the title, but not in the item description.
Independent of that, @kkossev's advice still holds.
There are actually 2 versions, when you click the link it defaults to the WiFi version but you can select ZigBee as an option.
