I don't know if you've seen it, but there's a thread on this on the SmartThings forum, with references to a device handler for SmartThings. You might be able to port the driver, or get a smart person here to do it. I did notice some familiar handles in the thread, so you might find your answer here someplace.

I ported a driver for this a while back.
To pair it, first reset the device: pull a battery, hold the black "program" button, and replace the battery. As soon as the green light starts blinking quickly, let go of the program button and pull a battery. The switch is now reset.
Start Zigbee discovery on Hubitat, then replace the battery in the switch. It should pair relatively quickly, but at least for me, it pairs as some sort of RGB controller by default. Once it's paired, just open the device and switch to the "3 button remote" driver (the one linked above).
